- In order to allow us to handle the domain transfer for you, we will need your User ID and Password to log in to your current Registrar to make the necessary changes.
- If you do not have the User ID and Password you will need to contact your current Registrar and follow whatever procedure they have for recovering or resetting your login information.
- Please visit the Registrar's domain administration page and make sure your login information is correct before sending it to us. Remember that with some registrars this information is case-sensitive.
PLEASE EMAIL email@example.com or call us at 800.925.7243 option 3 WITH THE REGISTRAR WEB ADDRESS AND YOUR USER ID AND PASSWORD FOR YOUR REGISTRAR ACCOUNT.
If we do not receive the required information within 10 days your request will be cancelled without further notice from us.
In that case, you may reinstate the transfer process by contacting your account representative at 800.925.7243 with the necessary login information.
