Issue:

Settings required to configure the various DNS records to use your custom domain on our servers.

Solution:

DNS settings for use when SAGE will be hosting both the website and the email (RECOMMENDED):

NS1.QTI.COM   (208.215.218.5)
NS2.QTI.COM   (208.215.218.6)

Use this information to transfer your name:

NOTE: Changing the DNS entries for your domain will change the hosting for both your website and any domain emails.  DNS changes may take 24-48 hours to propagate through the Internet.


Alternatively, if you are leaving your email hosted elsewhere, instead of switching your name servers, contact your current DNS hosting provider and change your A Record for the "www" and root domain records for the site to:

IP= 208.215.218.15

To point the email, change the MX records to:

smtp-gw.qti.com IP=208.215.218.80  Priority 5


If you are going to send mail from your domain but -do not- have us host the domain, you will need to configure some additional DNS records for your domain to ensure proper delivery.
