Settings needed for DNS or to setup MX or A Records to our servers.
DNS settings for WebExpress, WebExpress Pro, Website Standard, Professional, Professional Plus and Company Stores for use when SAGE will be hosting both the web site and the email:
NS1.QTI.COM (208.215.218.5)
NS2.QTI.COM (205.215.218.6)
Alternatively, if you are leaving your email hosted elsewhere, instead of switching your name servers, contact your current DNS hosting provider and ask them to change your A Record for the "www" and root domain records (for WebExpress, WebExpress Pro, Website Standard, Professional, Professional Plus and Company Stores only) to:
IP= 208.215.218.15
To point the email, change the MX records to:
smtp-gw.qti.com IP=208.215.218.80 Priority 5
In order for your mail to be delivered properly, be sure to add an SPF record for the domain as follows:
v=spf1 mx a ip4:208.215.218.0/23 -all
Note: For Web Hosting Premium including email and website change the DNS to:
