Issue:

Settings required to configure the various DNS records to use your custom domain on our servers.

Solution:

DNS settings for use when SAGE will be hosting both the website and the email:

NS1.QTI.COM   (208.215.218.5)
NS2.QTI.COM   (208.215.218.6)


Alternatively, if you are leaving your email hosted elsewhere, instead of switching your name servers, contact your current DNS hosting provider and change your A Record for the "www" and root domain records for the site to:

IP= 208.215.218.15

To point the email, change the MX records to:

smtp-gw.qti.com IP=208.215.218.80  Priority 5


In order for your mail to be delivered properly, be sure to add an SPF and DMARC record for the domain as follows:

v=spf1 mx a ip4:208.215.218.0/23 -all

And DMARC record:

_dmarc.domain.com with value:
v=DMARC1;p=reject;
