How do I upload files to your FTP Server?
To upload files to our FTP server in all versions of Windows, please do the following:
1. Use the Windows key + E keyboard shortcut to open File Explorer.
2. In the address bar at the top type:
ftp://privateftp.qti.com/upload
3. You will be prompted for a User Name and Password. Please use the following:
User Name: QTI\FTPGuest
Password: [supplierupdates@sageworld.com for information]
4. Drag and drop your files or folders you wish to upload into the new File Explorer window.
Note:
- We recommend the above solution for most users, but advanced users may use any FTP client such as WinSCP, or any FTP client you wish. We require explicit TLS/SSL on FTP connections. Port 21. Passive mode.
- Mac users must use an FTP client such as Cyberduck (see below for more information about Cyberduck, you may use any FTP client you wish).
