Forwarding Emails as Attachments

Issue:

If you need to forward an email to SAGE for the purpose of investigating a problem (for example, a message being blocked as spam), we must have the original email as an attachment (not included in the body of your message).

Solution:

In Microsoft Outlook, you must select at least two emails to have the correct option:

1. Go to your Sent Items and click on the email you want to forward to select it.

2. Hold down your "Shift" key on your keyboard, and click on the next email after it, release the Shift key.  Now both messages should be highlighted. 

3. Right-click on one of the highlighted messages, and select "Forward items".

4. A new message will open with the two original emails attached.  Click on the email attachment you don't want to forward, and press your "Delete" key on your keyboard to remove it.

5. Type your message and send it.  If you sending a message incorrectly blocked as spam, please send it to spamfalsepositives@sageworld.com.
