Linking directly to a password protected showroom

Issue:

Your customer would like to link directly to the showroom you created with them, and bypass the password. (Commonly occurs when the customer wants to put a link on their internal intranet).

Solution:

Create a link to the showroom that includes the password by appending "&Pwd=ZZZZ" (where ZZZZ is the password for the store).

The complete URL would be:

http://www.promoplace.com/XXXX/showroom/YYYY&Pwd=ZZZZZ

(replace XXXX with your ID number, YYYY with the Showroom ID, and ZZZZ with the password for the showroom)



Notes:

1.  To find the ID number of the store, log in to www.sagemember.com, click the WebExpress tab, then the Showrooms button.  In the list of current Showrooms you will see a column with the Showroom ID for each showroom.

2. To find or set the password.  Follows the steps above then click Settings.  Scroll down to section C.
