NOTE:  THIS ARTICLE ONLY APPLIES IF YOU WOULD LIKE US TO ENTER YOUR CATALOG FOR YOU (A SERVICE WE PROVIDE TO THE INDUSTRY FOR FREE).  IF YOU ARE USING THE SAGE SUPPLIER CENTER TO UPDATE YOUR CATALOG YOURSELF, PLEASE VIEW Electronic image specifications for supplier catalogs INSTEAD OF THIS ARTICLE. Solution:   SAGE accepts electronic catalog page images as well as electronic product images.  If you do not have electronic images, we also can create images from your paper catalog.   However, electronic images will provide the best quality.  Important points to remember: * Please make sure that your files strictly adhere to the specifications below.  Otherwise we will not be able to use them. * Our system accepts full catalog page images as well as individual product images.  If you only have individual product images, we recommend "creating" catalog page images by putting one or more product image on a page with white space around it.  However, catalog images are optional. Option 1 Submit 'SAGE ready' JPEG or PNG files.  For complete specifications, please see Electronic image specifications for supplier catalogs.  Option 2 The PDF file should contain the complete catalog with a page size of 8.5" x 11" at 300 ppi.  The embedded graphics in the pdf file my be in any bitmap format with very minimal or no compression.  The graphics should be true 300 ppi images, not up-converted from a lower resolution.  Text should be in vector format.
